This was the moment a furious resident in York walked out on a meeting aimed at addressing concerns over the recent flooding.
More than 500 properties and businesses in the local area were hit when both the River Ouse and River Foss burst their banks on Boxing Day.
But a public meeting held on Friday at the Barbican to look at the flooding descended into chaos when people started to leave. One shouted “You’re all crap” and threw paper at the panel, consisting of the Environment Agency, City of York Council, BT and rescue services.
